He is a self-inspired and self-initiated educationalist and mentor in management and corporate skills development for youth. Regularly conducts motivational workshops and expert talk sessions at primer management and engineering Institutes pan-India and so far trained more than 2000 youth at different levels. Today, Supratim is an inspirational icon for many youths.

Smt. Krishna Chowdhury possesses a philanthropic nature for social works with a loving heart. She has served the Indian Railways (Govt of India) for more than 33 years. She has been a National Basketball player and played for state and India many times. She has been appointed as the Ladies Contingent leader for Eastern Railway Head office Civil Defence for more than 20 years. She has been trained in disaster management from IISWBM, Kolkata. Smt. Chowdhury is qualified in Home nursing from St.John’s Ambulance Brigade and later served as an Ambulance officer of St.John’s Ambulance Brigade, Eastern Railway. She is the pillar behind founding UKBFWS and the pioneer for estabilishing Sahaj Path Pre- School for underprivileged children at Bolpur, Birbhum district West Bengal.
